  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

  • All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • You will be charged the price in effect when you place your order.

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion.
  • We will notify you of order acceptance via email.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders for any reason.

4.4 Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of order placement.
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

6. Returns and Refunds

Subject to our Returns Policy:

  • You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

7. AI Design Services

When using our AI-powered design features:

  • You retain ownership of photos you upload.
  • By uploading photos, you grant us a license to use them solely to provide the Service.
  • AI-generated designs are suggestions only and not professional design advice.
  • We do not guarantee that AI recommendations will meet your expectations.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our Services (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by or licensed to Infinity Elite Living.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
  • You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to use it in connection with the Services.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services.
  • Use the Services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFINITY ELITE LIVING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinity Elite Living from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your infringement of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
